1. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to external courier delays, which are beyond our control.
• A tracking ID will be shared with you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Charges & Discounts

          Prepaid Orders (paid online in advance) enjoy:

• Free delivery, and an additional 10% discount (except during major sales).

          During major promotional campaigns such as Eid Sale or similar offers:

• If the discount offered is 15% or more, all customers — including prepaid ones — will receive the standard sale discount only.
• Prepaid orders will still receive free delivery, even during sales.

3. Prepaid Order Confirmation

• After making a prepaid payment, customers are required to send a screenshot of the payment proof to our official WhatsApp number: 0335-3444286.
• Orders will only be processed and confirmed once this payment verification has been received.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We allow light product testing: You may use up to 1 ml or approximately 8 sprays before deciding to return or exchange.
• If usage exceeds this limit, the return or exchange request will be declined.
• Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on where to drop the parcel.
• Returns must be made in original packaging and condition, and include the order receipt or proof of purchase.
